The youth theme chosen for 2027 is “Rejoice in Christ.”
“Rejoice in Christ” comes from Philippians 4:4 which says, "Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice."
President Uchtdorf said that followers of Christ "seek to serve, pray for and bless others regardless of nationality, faith or circumstance...this is the reason why we rejoice in Christ. It is independent of which faith we have, which color we have, which language we speak, which socioeconomic background we have. In Jesus Christ, we unite in this wonderful time of rejoicing in Him."
